At Abreez, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Worn or used items will not be accepted for return or refund.

• Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

• In case of any damage or defect from our side, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

• Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refund unless faulty.
